A quote that resonates with me and most of us as we navigate a life that is unpredictable and at times, completely out of out control.

Sometimes, we feel on top of the world. We feel as though without question, we are capable, ambitious, badass humans with hearts of gold, the drive and self discipline to accomplish all that we desire and deserve all the love the world has to offer, while other times, it can feel like a nearly impossible task to simply put one foot in front of the other.

But we must not forget, that those feelings of inadequacy are only a feeling.

Let them only be momentary.

Your vulnerability can make you either victim or victor. Ultimately, the choice is up to you.

Like the moon through all its phases, I am still whole.
